About the Role:
As a Software Developer working within the API and Integration practice, you will design, build, test and support a broad range of software types in relation to B2B/B2C system integration whilst delivering automation where possible.

You will work with our API Practice Lead and our Solution Designer and work as part of a team delivering critical business outcomes for our customers

Responsibilities:

• Experienced Software Developer experienced across the entire software lifecycle
• You’ll be responsible for assisting with design, development build and support of wide range of software types (Java, scripting, Python, off the shelf)
• Able to deliver quality outcomes in line with customer deadlines
• Drive Automation where possible

Experience:

• Experience across full software lifecycle
• Experience of software design, build, test and support
• Working knowledge of XML, JSON, RESTful API’s
• Working knowledge of Security technologies (TLS etc)
• Deep Analytical Mindset

Desirable Experience (Not Essential)

• Working knowledge of IBM Secure Directory and other LDAP products
• Experience in administering IBM MQ solutions
• Experience in API Management Software
